Use of the Harley Fit Clinic website and related websites of companies which are directly or indirectly controlled by Harley Fit (jointly referred to as the 'companies') is subject to the following conditions and restrictions. In accessing and using these websites (jointly referred to as the 'sites'), the user will be deemed to be cognisant of and to accept these conditions of use and our Privacy Statement.

Harley Fit takes the greatest possible care with the organisation of its special campaigns and with the management of its website. It is nevertheless possible that the information they contain is incomplete or inaccurate.
The companies expressly disclaim all liability for any loss occasioned by access to and use of the information on the sites and sites associated with or linked to those sites. The content of the sites is intended to provide general information, is not exhaustive and is not to be construed as advice. The companies, their managements and staff disclaim all liability for information and/or recommendations published on the sites or to which the sites give access. These sites are intended for personal use and users of the sites are not permitted to reproduce, alter, delete, transmit, distribute or disseminate the content or make it available to third parties for a consideration without the express written consent of (one of) the companies.

Privacy
Your privacy is important to us and we want you to feel comfortable while you visit our websites. Protecting your privacy when we process your personal data (such as your name, address, email address etc) is a very important matter which receives special attention as part of our consultation processes. It helps us in providing the best treatment programme to you. Whenever you provide such personal information, we treat that information in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998 and related privacy legislation and aim to meet current Internet best practice. The Harley Fit websites may, however, contain hyperlinks to other websites not covered by this Privacy Statement. We always respect your privacy and personal information.
Collection and processing of personal data
If you visit any of our sites associated with specific campaigns, our web server automatically records the name of your intranet service provider, the website you used to reach our site, the websites you currently have open and the date and duration of your visit. We use cookies to track the preferences of our visitors and to optimise our websites accordingly. Supplementary personal details will only be recorded if they have been provided voluntarily by you.
Use and disclosure of personal data and purpose of collecting such data
If you provide us with your personal details on any of our websites we will use that information explicitly for the purpose for which it is collected, e.g. to take part in consultations or to respond to a request for information. Harley Fit will use your personal data exclusively in connection with the technical management of the websites, customer satisfaction, account records, product research and marketing and only to the extent specifically necessary in each case. The personal information that you give us will never be supplied to anyone outside the Harley Fit Clinic without first obtaining your consent, unless we are obliged by law to disclose it. In providing Harley Fit Clinic with your email address you are consenting that you are willing to receive future mailings from us. These emails will only be related to The Harley Street Clinic and its treatments. Any third parties with whom we collaborate are under obligation from us to respect your privacy.
Right to see and correct personal details
Details held on file in connection with consultations are reported to the Dutch Data Protection Board in The Hague. You can request to see the information contained in that file. We may make a charge for providing that information. If there are inaccuracies in your details you may e-mail us requesting amendment, addressing your message to love@harleyfit.com with ‘change of personal details’ in the subject line. We will respond to your request within four weeks.
Security
Harely Fit has technical and organisational security measures in place to protect the data in our possession from accidental or malicious manipulation, loss, destruction and unauthorised access. Our security procedures undergo constant refinement as new technologies are introduced. The borderless nature of the internet will sometimes entail that information is stored outside of the EU, as such, you consent to your information being stored securely outside the EU.
Changes to this statement
We reserve the right to alter this Privacy Statement as we see fit or to remove it altogether. New statements will be published on this page and we recommend that you visit this section frequently so that you remain aware of the most recent changes.
